SHIPPING

How fast is our shipping? 

Within the US: 

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date, or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. 

If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option.* Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please note that expedited shipments must be placed by 2PM Pacific Time to be shipped same-day

Outside the US 

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. If you are located outside of the U.S., we ship all international orders via express service so you will receive your order within 3-8 business days.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

We do offer overnight shipping for orders within the US. You can select next day air at checkout.

Do you ship to PO Boxes? 

We do not ship to PO boxes.

ORDERS

What’s the status of my order?

For orders within the US, you can see the status of your order on your email confirmation. Once your order ships, it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

For orders outside the US, you can see the status of your order on your email confirmation.

What if I need to cancel an order?

You must notify customer service with your order number and confirmation and you will be able to cancel your order.

What do I do if my package is lost? 

If your package is lost in transit, please contact customer service. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

PAYMENT & CREDIT

What payment methods are available to me?

We offer different payment methods. Major payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Diners are offered in over 10 countries. Additional local payment methods are available upon checkout.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that offers you the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, due every two weeks, without any interest. Afterpay is eligible on orders between 1.00 USD and 1,000.00 USD. Afterpay can’t be used when purchasing an e-gift card or pre-order item. You must be over 18, a resident of the U.S. or Australia, and meet additional eligibility criteria to qualify. Your payment schedule will be emailed to you. If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a late fee of $8 with an additional $8 fee added after 7 days if payment is still unpaid, but the late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. 

You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order. Afterpay is not available for pre-order products.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Will I be the same size in all dresses?

Once you find the perfect dress size for you, it’s likely that it will be your size in other Prime of Lime dresses moving forward.

Can I order a custom dress for my wedding, bridal party or just because? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom dresses as we don’t have the production capacity to make it happen just yet. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about our current collection, we can offer recommendations and find you something you love!

GARMENT CARE

My garment care tag says “Hand Wash”. How do I do that? 

Fill a sink with cold water and add a tablespoon of delicate soap. Place your item into the water and gently swirl it around for a few minutes. Drain and refill the sink with clean, cold water. Rinse your garment by swishing it around once more, and then gently press it to remove excess water. Be careful to not wring or twist, as this can distort its shape. Reshape the garment on a dry towel. Roll up the towel, pressing as you go, to help extract the water still left in the garment. Finally, reshape the garment, and lay it flat on a drying rack or on a fresh towel to air dry.

My garment care tag says “Wash Cold”. What does that mean?

Select cold water and a delicate/gentle setting on your washer and wash.

My garment care tag says “Dry Clean Only”. What does that mean?

Garments with this care tag need to be professionally dry cleaned.
